An alternative to the typical cocktail scene

At Barlette, BYOB sets the scene for an evening of low-key imbibing and enjoyment. Explore your preferred spirits or enjoy a no-pressure booze-less night out.

You have to see it to believe it.

BYOB, WTF?

The Concept

Why is this “bar” BYOB? Is this a liquor license thing?

No way. Barlette isn’t about skirting liquor laws. We’re about leveraging the unconventional concept of BYOB to infuse creativity and service into the bar-going experience. Barlette is a place where you can drink what you want, eat what you want, and be who you want.

The Mixers

Our mixer menu encourages the exploration of your spirit and spirit-free bottles. We build our mixers using a variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, house-made syrups and tinctures, bitters, and other spirit-free ingredients. All citrus is freshly squeezed, and our beverage offering is designed with proper techniques and ratios in mind.

The Bottle Library

Our bottle library is made up of a selection of free-to-use spirits that previous guests have left behind. If you’re not interested in bringing your bottle home or like the idea of providing a tipple for future guests, you are welcome to leave your bottle for other guests to use.

The Space

With just seven bar seats and three seating nooks, our cozy 400 sq ft space is small by design. Many of our furnishings and glassware have been carefully selected from local thrift and antique shops.

The Start of it All

We opened our first concept, Cobble, at the height of the pandemic in September 2020. At Cobble, chef/owner Emily Vena serves five courses of Italian-inspired cuisine in an unpretentious, cozy dinner setting that feels like a private dinner party. With just four tables, every table feels like a chef’s table. Cobble is also BYOB.

Cobble is currently enjoying a gap year through 2024.
