Drink what you like.
Choose any three cocktails from our full menu, and we’ll create a printed menu just for your event. Keeping the selection focused helps our bar team serve drinks quickly without sacrificing quality.
Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options are always served.
All events require a $600 minimum bar spend, roughly equivalent to 40 cocktails or a mix of cocktails, beer, and wine throughout the evening.
You can treat your guests, let them open their own tabs, or mix the two.

Order in from a neighboring restaurant or do it yourself.
We provide plates, utensils, and napkins, and we handle cleanup.
Cake is always permitted (and yes, you can bring candles!). 🤤

Pricing at a Glance
Book an Event
A 50% room deposit saves your date. It’s fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event. The remaining room fee is charged on the night of your event as a separate line item and will not be part of your bar tab.

When we host a private party, we close to the public for the night. The room fee helps cover what we normally earn during a regular service, so we can give you the entire bar, our team, and the full Barlette experience without compromise. It keeps things balanced for us and stress free for you.

No, it’s separate. The room fee reserves the space. The beverage minimum covers what your group enjoys during the event.
$600 is equal to approximately 40 cocktails. Beer and wine are also served.

A 50% deposit ($500) is required to hold your date, and we cannot guarantee availability until a deposit is received. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event will receive a full refund. Same-week cancellations will not be refunded, and dates are non-transferable.

If you're enjoying your time with us or your event runs over the scheduled time, you can extend it hourly at $250/hr or $125/half hour. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to extend your event. We'll add this time to your final invoice, so you don't need to worry about busting out your wallet mid-party.

Off-menu and custom cocktails are available for private events upon request. A customization fee starting at $125 per cocktail selection applies to cover recipe planning, ingredient sourcing, testing, and additional preparation. Requests involving specialty ingredients or more extensive preparation will be quoted individually.

Barlette is available for private parties Wednesday through Saturday. Start and end times are flexible, so long as they fall between the hours of 6 pm and 11 pm.

The maximum number of guests we can comfortably accommodate is 25 guests. This limit is to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for guests as well as the safe consumption of alcohol.

If you’d like to cover part of the evening, we can run your tab up to a set amount and then transition guests to their own tabs afterward. It’s a smooth process, especially if guests know ahead of time.

There is metered parking in front of the Arcade building on Harvard Street and plenty of metered parking behind the Arcade in the Centre Street lot (Lot 11, 32 Centre Street in Brookline).

The Coolidge Corner train station is a .01-mile walk from Barlette.

Barlette is on the first floor of the Coolidge Corner Arcade and is accessible to wheelchair users. There is also an accessible bathroom just down the hallway.
