A team of three to handle bartending, setup, and cleanup during and after your event.
Order in from a neighboring restaurant or do your own thing. We provide plates, utensils, and napkins, and handle the cleanup. Cake is always permitted. 🤤

Hosts can arrive 30 minutes early to get settled.

Your choice of three cocktails from our full cocktail menu; we’ll print a custom version—with a title of your choice—for your event.
Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options are always served.
All events require a $600 minimum bar spend, which is equal to approximately 40 cocktails or a combination of cocktails, beer, and wine.
You can treat your guests, let them open their own tabs, or mix the two.
Pricing at a Glance
Book an Event
A 50% deposit saves your date. It’s fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event. The remaining 50% will be charged the night of your event as a separate line item and is not part of your bar tab.

When we host a private party, we close to the public for the night. The room fee helps cover what we normally earn during a regular service, so we can give you the entire bar, our team, and the full Barlette experience without compromise. It keeps things balanced for us and stress free for you.

No, it’s separate. The room fee reserves the space. The beverage minimum covers what your group enjoys during the event.
$600 is equal to approximately 40 cocktails. Beer and wine are also served.

If you're enjoying your time with us or your event runs over the scheduled time, you can extend it hourly at $250/hr or $125/half hour. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to extend your event. We'll add this time to your final invoice, so you don't need to worry about busting out your wallet mid-party.

The maximum number of guests we can comfortably accommodate is 25 guests. This limit is to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for guests as well as the safe consumption of alcohol.

Barlette is available for private parties Wednesday through Saturday. Start and end times are flexible, so long as they fall between the hours of 6 pm and 11 pm.

A 50% deposit ($500) is required to hold your date, and we cannot guarantee availability until a deposit is received. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event will receive a full refund. Same-week cancellations will not be refunded, and dates are non-transferable.

There is metered parking in front of the Arcade building on Harvard Street and plenty of metered parking behind the Arcade in the Centre Street lot (Lot 11, 32 Centre Street in Brookline).

The Coolidge Corner train station is a .01-mile walk from Barlette.

Barlette is on the first floor of the Coolidge Corner Arcade and is accessible to wheelchair users. There is also an accessible bathroom just down the hallway.
